Cancellation Policy

By booking Practice Vision Workshops or Courses , your organization agrees to the following terms: 1. Program Access (* specific program) The booking entitles up to 25 participants from the same organization to attend the *8-week NeuroRegenesis™ Program. Sessions are delivered online unless otherwise arranged. 2. Payment Terms Full payment is required to confirm your booking. Fees are non-refundable once the program has commenced. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations are not allowed but Rescheduling can be made 21 days before the program start date No-shows or partial attendance will not be reimbursed. 4. Participant Substitutions Participant substitutions are permitted up to 48 hours prior to the program’s start. Additional participants beyond 25 must be approved in advance and will incur additional charges. 5. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property All content, materials, and frameworks (including NeuroRegenesis™ and REGENESIS™ Framework) are proprietary and remain the intellectual property of Practice Vision by Watceilia Varso. Participants may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content outside the program cohort without prior written permission. 6. Technology Requirements It is the responsibility of the organization and its participants to ensure reliable internet access and a quiet, uninterrupted environment for each session. 7. Wellbeing & Psychological Safety This is a psychologically immersive program. Participants are expected to engage with professionalism and respect. Practice Vision reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts the learning environment or violates psychological safety agreements. 8. Privacy & Data Use Any personal or organizational information shared during the program will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed or used outside the context of program delivery. 9. Modifications Practice Vision reserves the right to modify session structure, facilitators, or dates with notice, ensuring the integrity of the overall experience is maintained.
